We use Frozen-At-Sea (FAS), Headed and Gutted (H&G), Pacific Halibut (Hippoglossus Stenolepis) raw materials for our production of various Halibut products.
This valuable species originates from a fishery that is part of the Pacific Halibut Fisheries Improvement Project (FIPs) and now has MSC chain of custody for the resource.
